So you had hip surgery?  The hip is a complicated joint and takes a little bit longer for full recovery.  During the recovery process you may be placed on certain restrictions depending on which approach the surgeon took.  The items in this box will be crucial in helping you fully recover from surgery.  I always remind people that they are having surgery for a reason - so that they don't have a painful/weak hip.  But guess what?!  If you don't perform proper rehab, you will end up with a still painful/weak hip even after surgery!
